Ok to be short i bought it on Lazada and try it.

I though the size of the bottle would be like same of Enervon Multivitamins but it isn't, its so small, just suitable for its content mini tablets same size of the medicine my father using vascor 10mg. ☺

About the label, i thought its fake because the sticker label go beyond the surface of the bottle. But when i look on their ads on lazada i saw its just the same.

This is the date i first taken it. As the direction says

DIRECTIONS: Take 1-2 tablets daily 30 minutes before any meal until desired weights is achieved. Best if taken with Fish Oil, Vitamin C and E. For ages below 18 years old, ask your doctor.

I only start at taking 1 tablet a day at first thing in the morning empty stomach. And i take it with Kirkland fish oil and 2 tablets of potencee sodium ascorbate as the directions says it is best to taken it with Fish Oil, Vitamin C and E,sodium ascorbate because im acidic and no vitamin e. I dont know which brand is better(Vitamin E) thats why i didn't bother to buy.

By the way im taking this supplements because im obese, last last time i checked im overweight and when i check it just this firat week of june im obese 😭😭😭.

92kg-102kg. I ordered it immediately and started my diet phase no rice by the time this product been deliver i already lost 6kg im now 96kg.

Right now I'm writing this review so that i can update this blog everynow and then. What im feeling right now is, 😅sweaty. The effects of the supplements to me is i always sweat a lot more that i sweat on a hot day and frequent urination which feels good. I drink around 20 glasses of water a day so that i dont get dry mouth(the effect to me in slimina) so far i think im loosing it(fats) next update is my weight loss journey. Im thinking would it be great if i will do it with 300 push up a day for 30days challenge. ☺
